Farms in the Greenbelt are a symbol of Canada’s rural traditions. Plan your own self-guided tour at Greenbelt farms with the kids, learn about our rural tenants and operators and how they run their businesses, and bring home local and fresh produce. Enjoy a unique experience and discover the wealth of amazing small and large farm businesses in our region! This activity is suited for people of all ages. Find a list of all participating farms that offer visits and outdoor kiosks to purchase fresh produce here.

Wesley Clover Parks will be offering the following activities:

    • 1PM – 2:30PM: Barn tour and “pet a horse” activity
      • Location: 401 Corkstown Road, main entrance
    • 11:15AM – 2PM: West Ottawa Soccer Club games
      • Location: 401 Corkstown Road, West Ottawa Soccer Club entrance
    • 1PM – 2:30PM: Volunteers from the Kanata Nordic Ski Club will be available to answer questions and provide information about their ski programs and trails.
      • Location: 401 Corkstown Road, main entrance. Volunteers will be stations at the picnic table outside of the main office building.
    • 9AM – 10:30AM: The Ottawa Forest and Nature School will be offering tours and providing information about their programming.
