Magic of Lights Ottawa

Magic of Lights Ottawa is delivering holiday cheer for the 9th season with the return of the dazzling annual drive-through light show supporting children, youth, and families at CHEO! The 2km route illuminated by over 2 million lights is back at the Wesley Clover Parks Campground located in Ottawa’s west-end from November 22nd, 2024 through January 4th, 2025.

Take advantage of savings by tickets in advance online at www.magicoflights.com/ottawa. With tickets sold by the vehicle, Magic of Lights offers an affordable outing for families, friends, and corporate groups!

  • Standard vehicle WEEKDAY: valid Monday - Thursday

  • Standard vehicle ANY DAY: valid any day

  • Limo/party bus: valid any day

Standard Vehicle: Any vehicle (including SUVs & Minivans) with 3 rows of seating or less is considered a standard vehicle, if your vehicle has over 3 rows of seating, you will be subject to the Limo/Party Bus/RV pass pricing (limit to 15 passengers)

2km holiday drive-through experience

Visitors can experience Magic of Lights' beloved holiday route from the comfort of their own vehicle, featuring scenes like Prehistoric Christmas with life-sized dinosaurs celebrating the season, the iconic BIGFOOT® Monster Truck, Winter Wonderland, 12 Days of Christmas, Reindeer Road, and more. Along with the 200-foot Enchanting Tunnel of Lights, there will be new captivating light tunnels to enhance the festive journey. ✨

Mark Motors Group Holiday “Pit Stop”

Back for a third season, Magic of Lights Ottawa will feature the Mark Motors Group Holiday “Pit Stop” conveniently located within the Magic of Lights route. Guests are invited to park and explore this winter village complete with and an illuminated walk-through forest trail, Instagram-worthy displays, a letter writing station, and classic Canadian treats from BeaverTails and Old Fashion Fudge!

Supporting the CHEO Foundation

Since first coming to Ottawa, Magic of Lights has donated more than $275,000 to local charities.

A cause close to many in the National Capital Region, Magic of Lights Ottawa will once again raise funds for the CHEO Foundation. Donations help fuel the work being done by CHEO doctors, nurses, healthcare staff and researchers on the front lines of pediatric care.

Tune to MOVE 100

The Magic of Lights experience wouldn’t be complete without holiday classics to sing along to, Ottawa’s Christmas music station and founding event partner MOVE 100 will help visitors get into the festive spirit with tunes throughout the journey. Plus, visitors can stop by the letter writing station and drop their letters to Santa in the enchanted mailbox presented by MOVE 100.
