  • Vendor Fees

    A fee of $50+HST is required to confirm your space for this event. Once your application has been accepted a Wesley Clover Parks representative will contact you to confirm your space.
  • Terms and Conditions - please read carefully

    Vendor shall be responsible for all equipment required including tables, tents, extension cords, if applicable. WCP agrees to provide space with maximum of 15' deep and 15' long for the Vendor to set up trailer/display/tent in the indoor arena. WCP agrees to provide 15 amp power to the Vendor's booked space if requested, and shall not be held legally responsible for outages for any reason during the rental period, or liable for any injuries or harm to the Vendor or representatives/employees while on the grounds. Vendor spaces shall not be guaranteed until WCP has confirmed receipt of the completed order form and proof of insurance (OR signed Hold Harmless Agreement). Vendor spaces are limited, you will be contacted by a Wesley Clover Parks representative once your application has been accepted.
