Rules and Regulations

To ensure the safety of our team members and campers, we ask that you please review this information thoroughly with all guests who are staying on your registered site.

Any camper, regardless of age, who breaches these rules and regulations will be asked to leave the campground immediately. Should you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us at [email protected].


Visitors: 

All visitors must register at the office and receive a visitor permit pass. Registered campers may pick up a visitor permit pass for their visitor(s) in advance if they are visiting between 6:00pm and 11:00pm. Visitors may check-in between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and all visitors must leave by 11:00 p.m.

Visitors are to park in the office parking lot. A maximum of 10 people, including registered campers and visitors, are allowed per site unless prior arrangements are made with management. Registered campers are responsible for their visitors.


Bookings & Refunds: 

All reservations require a valid credit card on file to confirm their booking. If after check-out site inspection, it is determined that the condition of the site is beyond normal wear and tear, requires excessive cleaning, or contents are missing from the site, the reservation accepts all liability and understand that a $50 damage fee will be charged to the credit card on file, upon email notification from the campground.
A $6.00 reservation fee is applied to all reservations. 
 

Reservations must be made in the name of the person who will pick up the camping permit. Photo identification is required at check-in.

7 days cancellation notice is required, this includes shortening a stay or moving to a new date. If you need to cancel or adjust your reservation, please notify the campground a minimum of 7 days before your scheduled arrival by emailing [email protected] or calling 613-828-6632. Deposits will not be refunded for any cancellations made within 7 days.


Office Hours: 

Daily: 10:00am – 6:00pm

Check-in is between 1:00pm and 6:00pm and check-out is at 12:00pm. If you will be arriving after 8:00pm please contact our team at [email protected] or 613-828-6632 to make arrangements for self check-in. Any campers that arrive after 8:00pm without prior notice may park in the office parking lot overnight and we will be happy to check you in during our business hours the following day.


Registration: 

You must be 18 year of age or older to register at a site. The registrant is responsible for the conduct of those residing at their site and visitors. A maximum of six campers are permitted per site, except in the case of younger family members. Anyone not registered is not permitted to drive through the campground, please show your pass when re-entering the campground.


Your Site: 

  • Quiet time is between 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
  • Please do not infringe on campsites of others – one camping unit is designated per site.
  • Campers are asked to keep their sites tidy and put all garbage in the appropriate containers.
  • Drinking alcohol is only permitted by registered campers over the age of 19, at their campsite.
  • All sewage (black or grey) must be emptied at the dump site ONLY.
  • Fireworks, firearms, other weapons, and the use of generators are not allowed in the campground.
  • Please do not disturb or damage plant life. Do not disturb, damage, or feed animal life.
  • Wesley Clover Parks strives to provide all our visitors with a safe and comfortable experience. We ask that all guests please read and comply with our Anti-harassment and Anti-discrimination Policy.

Vehicles: 

One other non-camping vehicle is permitted at each site. Please do not park on empty sites, grass areas or roadways. No vehicles or RVs are allowed to be washed in the park. Please be safe and respect the speed limit of 20 km/h, which is strictly enforced. Our roads are only for the use of those registered in the park, including bicycle use which is permitted only by registered campers. Motorized vehicles are only to be used to travel between the entrance and your campsite.


Campfires: 

To protect our forest, no outside firewood is allowed into the campground. Any outside firewood will be bagged and safely stored until campers leave. Learn more about how moving firewood, even a few kilometres, can spread disease and possibly damage the forest at the Wesley Clover Parks Campground. Fires are only permitted in fire pits, with an adult in attendance. No large fires are allowed, and all fires are to be put out before leaving the fire pit area. Pets: 

Pets are to be kept on a short leash and controlled at all times. Pets are not to be left outside or in tents unattended. Please be considerate of others. Please pick up after your pets.


Neither the Wesley Clover Parks Campground nor management is responsible for theft, loss or damage of equipment and vehicles.

Ticks are most often-found in forests and wooded areas but they can also live in shrubs, tall grass and leaves. By taking precautions you can enjoy the great outdoors!
